133. Calculating funnel step churn rate

Let’s practice funnels. In the beginning of the chapter we saw that one of the goals of building funnel is to find a step with the lowest conversion rate (or the highest churn rate) to fix it aka “widen the funnel”.

In the previous lesson we built a two step funnel – users visit the homepage and then go to a book page. Let’s calculate churn rate of this step.

Calculate percentage of visitors who did not go from the homepage to a book page.

⚠ We are counting visitors, not all pageviews.

⚠ Don’t forget about type casting. If we just divide book page...
