In this exercise let’s try to segment our funnels per device.
Conversion rates could differ quite a lot between mobile devices and desktop devices. There are many reasons for it:
- Internet speed
- Accessibility
- Environment. With a laptop we’re probably at home or at work . On mobile we could be anywhere
- Flow. On mobile we can send users to AppStore or offer to signup via email. See how many steps one need to take to signup via an app: go to AppStore, download the app, open it and only then signup
