Let’s start cooking our Unit Economics metrics. We already know that the ratio between LTV and CAC gives us the answer whether we’re profitable long term or not, i.e. will we earn more money from our customers than we spent acquiring them?

LTV and CAC are very high level metrics and require a careful calculation. Bindle launched just 3 months ago and it’s quite hard to tell anything about churn rate of customers (especially who bought a yearly subscription). What can we do then? Are there any metrics that can help us understand what’s going on?
