Pageview tracking

Pageview is a basic signal that could be tracked with tools like Google Analytics. It usually doesn’t require any configuration – just add a Google Analytics code snippet to the page and it tracks pageviews.

⚠ Sometimes additional configuration is required if the website built as an SPA (Single Page Application). Spotify for example – you can listen to music and browse the website but the page technically is never reloaded. Even in SPAs there’s a concept of a page, so it’s possible to set up pageview tracking as well.
